Laundromat FAQ
We open at 6 a.m. and close at 11 p.m. Our last load is at 9:30 p.m.
Customers can pay cash at the machines or can download a free app that makes paying for laundry easier. You can pay cash or use your debit or credit card to put money on the app to pay for your laundry. When you download the app, you automatically earn a free $10! For every dollar you spend using the app, you get a point toward more bonuses. 50 points gets you $5 free!
We have six sizes of washing machines that go as large as an 80 pound machine. This is the equivalent of 8 top loading machines. We have three sizes of dryers, the largest being 75 pounds. You won't find larger machines anywhere.
We have a large parking lot with 20 spaces both in the front and in the back of the laundromat.
Yes, we want the kids to have something to do while you do laundry!
Wash and Fold Questions
The normal turnaround time is the next day. We will text you when your laundry is ready.
We can wash it the same day, but there is an extra charge. Make sure to let us know.
We use only premium brand products for our fluff and fold. Tide is available for an additional $3.00 (must be noted on the order). We also offer a Free & Clear option as well.
Laundry Day uses Arm and Hammer scent free hypoallergenic detergent. If you need something else, feel free to bring it in and we'll use it.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We do FREE pickup for both residential and commercial customers.
We pickup and deliver between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Monday-Friday.
We return the clothing on the next delivery day. This is usually the next day unless we picked up your clothes on Friday and then we will return them on Monday.
Just let us know where you are leaving the clothes such as the front porch, behind the gate on the right side of your house or with the apartment manager.
